Job DescriptionJob Description

LMJ is located in Benson NC, we are a rapidly growing company who specializes in Traffic Signal Installation and Pavement Marking Installation. LMJ is seeking both Traffic Signal and Pavement Marking Laborer to become part of our Team, and to share our core values of increasing road safety of the traveling public and delivering the highest level of precision and excellence to our customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

-Work with Pavement Marking Crew to install thermoplastic, paint, cold applied pavement markings.

-Perform and complete all work in compliance with NCDOT and quality guidelines, while maximizing production.

-Drive Company Trucks to Transport materials and Equipment to job sites.

-Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

-Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms, and ensure equipment is in working order.

-Perform maintenance and repair of equipment.

-Properly load material on trucks.

-Maintain Proper safety of equipment and uniform required for each job.

You will

-Receive 1 week paid vacation after employed for 1 year..
