**Job Title: CNC Programmer and Machinist**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer and Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs, utilizing CAD/CAM software, setting up and operating machines, and collaborating closely with our CEO to design and develop new products. Additionally, proficiency in creating and using fixtures is essential for this role.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and modify CNC programs to meet production requirements and quality standards.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc., to design and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Set up CNC machines according to job specifications, including tooling, fixtures, and programming parameters.
- Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision components with adherence to production schedules and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to conceptualize, design, and prototype new products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and other technical documentation to execute machining operations accurately.
- Demonstrate proficiency in creating and using fixtures to securely hold workpieces during machining processes.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in CNC programming and machining, with a strong understanding of G-code programming language.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar programs.
- Hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machines, including knowledge of various machining processes (milling, turning, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
