We are currently looking for seasoned retrofit insulation installers. We are a growing roofing, siding, window and insulation contractor in the Minneapolis metro and are looking to add another install crew by the end of the year. Our 14 year old business is one of the highest reviewed contractors in the Minneapolis metro and we do this through quality work. We realize in order to provide quality work to our customers, we need to find the best and pay them accordingly.
We will pay top dollar for experienced installers to join our insulation team. Previous experience required (prefer at least four years). BPI certification is a plus. Depending on experience $26-$34/hour. $350 monthly reimbursement for health insurance and 401k match.
