Primary Responsibilities


Client Assessment


  • Conduct fitness assessments and set goals.
  • Develop personalized workout plans.
Training Sessions


  • Lead one-on-one and small group sessions.
  • Ensure proper exercise form and safety.
  • Motivate and support clients during workouts.
Program Development


  • Design varied and effective workout routines.
  • Adjust programs based on client progress.
Client Management


  • Build strong client relationships.
  • Monitor and communicate client progress.
  • Educate on nutrition and lifestyle choices.
Sales and Marketing


  • Promote personal training services.
  • Assist with membership sales when needed.
General Duties


  • Maintain a clean and organized training area.
  • Attend staff meetings and ongoing training.
Key Qualifications


  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
  • Proficiency in fitness assessment and exercise programming.
  • Knowledge of basic nutrition principles and wellness practices.
Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working in a health club or similar environment.
  • Specialized certifications (e.g., nutrition, corrective exercise, group fitness).
