Set trusses-On small additions

Frame interior walls

Construct install interior and exterior doors,

Install baseboard

Cabinet install

Install interior doors-including pocket doors

Construct, install windows and knowledge of window repair

Job requires heavy lifting

Read and follow the Scope of work for the job

Read and follow Blueprints

Knowledge of plumbing and electrical a plus

Interact with Subcontractors/Customers

Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record

Background check and drug screening-Must be able to pass both.

Must have access to transportation to get to and from work sites

Must have hand tools

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40.00 – 45.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift (some over-time)
• Monday to Friday

 

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

 

Experience:

• Construction Carpentry Experience: 5 years (Required)

 

License/Certification:

• Florida Driver's License (Required)
• We are a Drug Free Workplace-Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screening.

 

Ability to Relocate:

• Brevard County, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
