MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST
SHIFT TIME: (Possible) 2 PM TO 1 AM this is 4-10/Hour days, with OT if needed or 5 - 8/hour days, with OT if needed.
Conduct the inspecting, testing, and maintenance of fire suppression systems, including but not limited to, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler and Fire Extinguisher
Ensure the entire scope of the inspection is executed appropriately and per NFPA.
Engage and communicate with the customer while on-site, checking in and out, ensuring the customer is taken care of and all questions have been addressed.
Provide and upload accurate inspection reports to Building Reports within 24-hours of an inspection being completed.
Provide and upload picture(s) to Building Reports when finding a system or device that fails inspection or is in need of service.
Complete a weekly closeout email detailing the inspections performed that week and any items that need immediate attention.
Complete timesheets, service work orders and other paperwork required for this position in an accurate and timely manner.
Will train the right person that is mechanically inclined.
