Do you have previous experience in Customer Service? Experience in Recruiting? Looking for a long-term position with opportunity for growth?

We are looking to hire an experienced, energized, and highly motivated CSR/Recruiter for our branch located in Commerce, Ca.

Recruiting for light industrial and skilled positions in Manufacturing and Logistics.

Office hours from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday work schedule.

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Responsibilities:

  • Managing front office, greeting new applicants and employees
  • Answering incoming calls, transferring calls
  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service as well as recruiting for Manufacturing and Logistics positions
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Previous experience using Avionte a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
