Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to become a part of our employer based team in Charlotte, NC You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Hours: 7:30am to 5pm. M-Thursday Friday 8-12pm - contract until 11-1-24 and hopefully willing to extend past that date.

Full time hours.

Full primary care including preventative, visits, acute episodic visits, chronic conditions, full lab services.

Working both clinical and front desk skills.
Strong Phlebotomy Mandatory

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative duties and clinical. 
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
  • Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
  • Escort patients to exam rooms 

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
  • Familiarity with medical billing procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
