Job DescriptionJob Description

STH Windows & Doors, a reputable provider of high-quality windows and doors in Tampa, FL, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. This role requires a versatile individual with a strong foundation in warehouse management, logistics, and customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse activities: Oversee quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.

Schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups: Ensure timely and efficient handling of orders while maintaining high standards of service.

Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly: Ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.

Manage general safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols to safeguard personnel and assets.

Collaborate with management: Participate in regular meetings to discuss processes and develop actionable plans for safety and damage prevention.

Logistics management: Coordinate transportation and handling of materials, liaising with suppliers and partners to ensure efficient delivery.

Communicate effectively: Maintain clear and prompt communication with customers, installation teams, suppliers, and partners.

 

Requirements:

 

Physical ability: Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform manual labor as necessary.

Clean driving record: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Basic computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks.

Experience: Minimum of two years managing warehouse deliveries and expediting orders.

Knowledge: General and broad knowledge in various areas of warehouse management.

Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of windows & doors industry, bilingualism (preferred but not required).
