Functioning within the Health System’s mission, vision, values, policies and procedures. The LPN functions as a partner to the Registered Nurse with the goal of providing quality patient care. The LPN responsibilities include collecting data, implementing and evaluating nursing care.

  • Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
  • Provide basic patient care and treatment
  • Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
  • Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
  • Educate and update patients on medical treatments   

Position Details: 
Position: LPN-Home Health
Duration: 13-Weeks contract with possible extension. 
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours. 
Facility: Lima Memorial Main Campus 
Location: 1001 Bellefontaine Ave, Lima, OH
Tentative Start Date: 6/24/2024.
