Job Description: The Digital Print Specialist / Center Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers, including business owners, corporate professionals, and busy families. Responsibilities include packing and processing shipments for local, national, and international delivery using various carriers, managing and producing graphics and print orders, and operating equipment such as copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminators, and cash registers. The Associate provides expert advice on our products, services, and best-value options, exhibiting confidence by knowing industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers and through phone/email inquiries.
• Communicate effectively and practice active listening with customers, co-workers, vendors, and leadership.
• Manage demanding customers with empathy to turn stressful events into positive experiences.
• Take ownership of customer issues related to packing, shipping, and print, offering viable solutions.
• Package shipments for safe arrival, including assembling stock boxes, building custom boxes, and cushioning contents properly.
• Manage the logistics of small to medium projects, ensuring completion and keeping all parties updated.
• Produce, design, proof, and update print materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office for both Mac and PC.
• Operate all equipment, software, and devices expertly and be willing to teach others.
• Prioritize and optimize workload to streamline production flow.
• Multi-task efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Perform end-of-day accounting and open/close the store as needed.
• Stay updated on new products, services, alternative solutions, and industry trends, and occasionally review lesser-used services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience (more preferred).
• One to two years of experience in a print production/graphic design role or a two-year degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of printing concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and math skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Good project and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High energy level and self-motivated.
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 30 – 40 per week
