Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Carry out skilled activity involved with repair, maintenance of equipment and facility
- Fabricate, construct and repair appliances such as metal and wood structures, furniture and equipment
- Carry out welding requirements as needed
- Ensure maintenance equipment remains clean, secure and in good working condition
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Previous maintenance experience of 5+ years a plus
- Preferred background in electrical, mechanical, plumbing and welding
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
