Job Position: Fulfillment Coordinator

Location: Crystal Lake, IL 60012

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: 11:30am - 10:00pm on a rotating 4/10/40 schedule (including two Saturday's a month)

Description:

  • Maintain a cohesive order picking team through effective operation and communication.

  • Oversee and assist with picking orders in accordance with standard procedures and customer requirements.

  • Inputting of data accurately into computer system

  • Ensure the packing of envelopes with completed carriers and cards

  • Performs quality checks on shipping labels to carrier/envelope to prepare for shipping

  • Assist in performing physical inventories and ensuring enough stock is available.

  • Ability to navigate multiple systems at once

  • Understanding of various card types and ship method.

  • Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to follow a flexible work schedule

  • Preferred 1-2 years of work experience as part of a production or fulfillment team

  • Attention to detail is a must

  • Overall experience with computers for data entry

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel/MS Office

  • Adaptability to adjust to changing department priorities and tasks based on business needs

  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level for attention to detail and accuracy of order filling

  • Ability to successfully work under pressure

  • Dependable, punctual and a team player

  • Safety Equipment, Protective Clothing, and training required:

  • There is no safety equipment or protective clothing needed. Must wear closed toe shoes.
