Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The CSA’s primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Support the Sales & Customer Service Team with special projects for Corporate and Online sales channels
· Answer and follow-up on customer service calls and emails
· Troubleshoot and resolve customer service and sales issues
· Process orders for online and phone orders
· Resolve shipping issues to ensure safe, on-time delivery
· Coordinate special arrangements, updates, or last-minute changes to orders
· Assist with printing marketing collateral and other reproduction needs
· Greet visitors to our office and assist customers with will-call orders
Job Qualifications and Competencies
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· 1+ years’ experience in a customer service or order entry role
· Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
· Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Reliable and punctual; must adhere to published schedule (standard hours will be 8:30am – 5:00pm, some weekend work may be required, schedule may change)
· MUST be able to work the following schedule:
o Full-time role: 40 hours per week, mix of weekdays and some weekend shifts (e.g. 11/30 or 11/31, 12/7 or 12/8, 12/14 or 12/15, and 12/21 or 12/22)
o Part-time role: 20-30 hours per week, preferred availability on Mondays and some additional weekdays plus some weekend shifts (e.g. 11/30 or 11/31, 12/7 or 12/8, 12/14 or 12/15, and 12/21 or 12/22)
· High-touch customer service skills, and positive outlook
· Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Experience trouble-shooting shipping issues with FedEx and UPS a plus
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Ability to self-motivate, work quickly and efficiently, and meet deadlines
· Attention to detail
· Team player
· Ability to speak Spanish a plus but not required
