We believe that talented and caring people make us strong. We are seeking Electrical Estimators to join our expanding team just South of Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze bid documents and participate in pre-bid meetings to accurately assess project scope.
  • Execute precise takeoffs and quantity estimates with attention to detail.
  • Develop comprehensive and well-structured project estimates.
  • Foster positive communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle and beyond.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record within a minimum of 5 years as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Estimator - CPE).
  • Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient electrical practices.
