We believe that talented and caring people make us strong. We are seeking Electrical Estimators to join our expanding team just South of Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze bid documents and participate in pre-bid meetings to accurately assess project scope.
- Execute precise takeoffs and quantity estimates with attention to detail.
- Develop comprehensive and well-structured project estimates.
- Foster positive communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle and beyond.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record within a minimum of 5 years as an Electrical Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Estimator - CPE).
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient electrical practices.
