Job Title: Dispatcher/Office

Location: Shoreview, MN

Type: Full Time / Temp to Hire

Wage: $17.00 - $19.00 per/hr

Shifts: 1st shift 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday

Job Description:

Do you have office/administrative experience and a knowledge of the metro area? If so Atlas Staffing in Columbia Heights has a position for you In this position, you will be dispatching service techs to jobs throughout the metro, taking customer calls, taking detailed notes of the customer's issue, booking appointments, organizing routes, and other office duties as assigned.

Duties Included:

• Answering phones
• Using computer and mobile apps
• Booking appointments
• Relaying information to service techs
• Scheduling routes
• Maintaining professionalism when dealing with difficult customers
• Taking detailed messages

Requirements:

• Ability to use office equipment
• Must be able to sit for the whole shift
• Must pass pre-employment screenings
• Know the Metro Area
• Ability to take detailed notes
• Ability to multitask
