Job Title: Restaurant AGM

 

Job Description: As a Restaurant AGM, you will set top-notch service standards and oversee all aspects of the guest experience. Your positive coaching and guidance will empower our team to deliver exceptional service across the board. Through meticulous team selection, scheduling, training, and mentoring, you will foster continuous growth and success. Over half of your time will be devoted to managerial duties, where your independent judgment and discretion will handle any restaurant conflicts.
