Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team You will provide outpatient therapy services in a private practice setting. Hours are flexible and candidate can choose to do part-time (minimum of 15 hours per week) or full time. Make your own hours and be in private practice without the added expenses of rent, billing, office staff and supplies. Therapists are paid a percentage of money billed/collected, which ranges from $40 to $60 per hour. You will be considered and Independent Contractor and receive a 1099 at the end of the year.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
  • Provide prevention-oriented therapy
  • Implement and review treatment plans
  • Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Pa License
