Join our team at DePaoli Mosaic Company, a leading construction company, as an Accounting Clerk. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support our finance department with various accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Assist with month-end financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist with payroll processing

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

 Salary: $45000 to $55000
