We have an immediate need for a Rebates and Returns Specialist on our team in Allegan, MI.  This position is scheduled to be for 90 days to do the following duties. The pay rate will be in the $18/hr range.  This position can be on-site or remote, with some visits to the office:
 

Duties include:

  • Researching customer deductions (customers take a deduction and we have to figure out why) -- we do that by the below steps
    • Search Vistex (SAP) for the returns claim
    • Search our 3rd party portal via internet
    • Search SharePoint
  • Then once we have found the information or we have exhausted all option a note needs to be provided on our large tracking excel document.
