Overview:

A well-regarded global supplier in the Midwest has a great opportunity for a remote | contract to hire Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Solutions Architect, to lead their BC implementation and migration projects within their 4 divisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Upgrade MS Dynamics 365 Business Central 19 to BC version 23.
  • Use integration tools / minimize the use of ISV's.
  • Hands on Technical | Functional BC Architect.
  • 5%-10% travel.
  • Evolve into a leadership role.
  • Drive data transfer | Data Extract/Download process.
  • Merge 2 existing separate companies in BC to 1 company.
  • Work with technical / functional members on continuous improvement.
  • Implementation of a new EDI trading partner.
  • Support the automation of processes and integration of applications.
  • Customize settings for particular business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated history of leading multiple BC implementation projects
  • Well-versed in Uses/Functionality to support the automation of processes, such as payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the integration of applications.
  • Demonstrated experience with customizing settings for particular business processes.
  • Strong Manufacturing process background with an understanding of how to implement / drive process within the tool.
  • Configurations / modifications that attribute to improving operational work flow / supply chain throughout a manufacturing and distribution environment.
  • No sponsorship or visa transfer opportunities are available.
