Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and talented lash and brow technician with a customer-focused mindset who can also perform reception duties. As a technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash and brow services to our clients. While also ensuring smooth and welcoming receptionist duties.
Responsibilities
Lash and Brow Services:
- Perform precise eyelash extension applications, including various styles (classic, volume, etc.)
- Conduct brow shaping, tinting, and other brow enhancement treatments
- Advise clients on proper aftercare and product recommendations
Receptionist Duties:
- Warmly greet and welcome clients, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and address general client inquiries
- Manage check-in/out processes and facilitate retail sales
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Relevant certification in eyelash extensions and/or brow services
- Proven experience as a lash and/or brow technician
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills
- Excellent time management
Preferred:
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience
- Knowledge of salon management software

Compensation
- Competitive compensation structure based on experience and performance fixed base + flexible commission based on skills and experience.
Hiring type
- Part-time / Full-time / Weekends as needed

- Pay: Up to $500.00 per day
- Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
