Job Description:

Do you have the charisma and enthusiasm to bring a story to life? We’re looking for an experienced Bevertainer (Theatrical Bartender) to join our team and bring a unique theatrical experience to our guests. In this role you will craft delicious cocktails and serve food and drinks in a unique costume and character. You will play a vital role in our story, engaging with guests, as you become part of our theatrical world.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years old

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bar/restaurant setting

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • A can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and a creative flair

  • The ability to think on their feet and take initiative

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • The ability to play a character, remain in character and wear a costume.

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Must be comfortable to work around kids

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and take their orders

  • Prepare and serve food and drinks

  • Engage with guests, stay in character, and bring the story to life

  • Follow health and safety regulations

  • Clean up after guests and maintain a clean and orderly work area

  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions

  • Open and Maintain tabs throughout your shift

  • All other duties assigned

Education/Training Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in hospitality or food and beverage

  • Experience in theater

Physical Abilities:

  • Ability to stand for 3+ hours at a time

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
