We are seeking a Foreman Superintendent to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation including working with tools on site
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience of at least 2 years as a foreman or superintendent
  • Familiarity with construction management software
