Commercial Litigation Associate

We are a prestigious and well-established law firm with a national reputation for excellence in representing franchised auto and marine dealers in disputes with manufacturers. Experience Required:

- Minimum of 7 years of quality litigation experience

- Proven track record in New York and federal courts

- Extensive courtroom experience with a strong background in managing your own caseload independently

- Experience in depositions and oral arguments of motions is required

- Hearing and trial experience is preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

- Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Highly professional demeanor with the ability to maintain cordial relationships

- A portable book of business is not required but preferred; candidates with such a book will be rewarded
