Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

We are seeking Production Assemblers to become a valued member of our assembly team The ideal candidates would be individuals who under moderate supervision applies standard procedures to perform a variety of component assembly tasks, ensuring products meet our high standards. Training will be provided   Safety and following detailed instructions must be a priority. The tasks are highly repetitious and can be mundane however mental toughness and focus is imperative. Good manual dexterity is a must.
Responsibilities:

  • Assembles components in accordance with drawings and operation sheets.
  • Responsible for weighing, loading and pressing operations.
  • Handle tooling and fixtures / use various hand tools to produce or modify parts.
  • Maintains count and order progress and logs in time / quantities.
  • Closes and assembles units (use of crimping and closure tools and epoxy applications).
  • Soldering tasks, i.e. small wire soldering, terminal soldering, bridge wire welding.
  • Assists with the packaging of pyrotechnic assemblies where required.
  • Follows required company safety practices and quality procedures.
  • Physical activity includes lifting up to 50lbs. Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields- minimum 1 year
  • Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to work well in teams
