Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop process to effectively manage inventory and limit waste
  • Be responsible for staffing, training, supervising team members and performance management
  • Be the ambassador to carry our culture, promote team work, creativity and products
  • Responsible for working scheduling
  • New product launch and promotion
  • Enjoy preparing tea and coffee beverage for our customers and effectively processing and replenishing store products
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the products and services
  • Manage daily operation including staff support and guest interaction
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, including shift preparation and reports
  • Manage daily cleaning & routine management
  • Manage daily & weekly order and waste management
  • Manage daily & weekly inventory management

Skill Requirements:

  • Positive, energetic and self-motivated individual
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Well organized and is good at follow through tasks
  • Fast learner and willing to learn and grow with the company
  • Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • Business and/or customer service experience is required
  • Cafe/Tea/Coffee experience a must
  • Barista or other beverage preparation skill is a must
