We are seeking a passionate Nurse to join our team We are an independent primary care facility offering compassionate, quality care to the glory of God. We care for a wide range of patients including prenatal, obstetrics, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer nursing care to well, ill, injured, or disabled patients
  • Screen for COVID19
  • Medication reconciliation
  • Collecting patient history, vitals, review of systems
  • Patient phone calls
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
  • Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Provide continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records
  • Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and ability to type
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills including pharmacology
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
