Comments for Suppliers: 6:00am- 2:30pm, 6:30 - 3:00pm & 7:00am - 3:30pm
Payrate: 24/hr
Job Description:
The Manufacturing Technician II will utilize mid-level skills to assemble instrument components, sub-components and top level electro-mechanical assemblies.
They will perform fitting/mounting, alignment, adjusting and repairs on parts and equipment. Work is done in conjunction with other specialists and under supervision.
What will you do?
• Assembles products in accordance with daily / weekly production schedules.
• Able to assemble entry-level sub- components and use those components in a top-level instrument assembly.
• Perform accurate wiring techniques, including harnessing terminations and connectors.
• Follow established work processes, procedures, standards, and methods.
• Uses various fixtures, gauges, and assembly tools to assemble, adjust, or repair product.
• Perform manufacturing tests and written documentation as the need arises.
• Maintain equipment and performs housekeeping duties daily.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
