Essential Job Functions:
· Ice Cakes as per orders designate.
· Decorates cakes, cupcakes, cookies, etc. in specified patterns by suing a stencil, decorator tubes of icing, sugar molds, decorator lay-ons and Kopy Kake designs.
· Must be able to maintain a minimum unit per hour and produce products of consistent quality, which meet company standards.
· Keep carts, tools, and supplies in their designated areas.
· Keep floors, clean, safe, and free from clutter.
· Must keep work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
· Make clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers.
· Able to effectively communicate with customers and associates.
· Ability to make intelligent decisions quickly.
· Follow all current rules and duties of the Bakery, Company, and State and Federal laws, as made known.
· Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
· Adhere to company policies & procedures, particularly in the areas of dress code, grooming, food safety, sanitation, and maintenance of a work environment free of unlawful harassment or discrimination.
· Perform any and all duties as assigned.
