We are looking for an individual with a strong management background, preferably in the Propane Gas, Utility Natural Gas, Fuel Oil, and Industrial Plumbing, Gas Appliance Repair or Gas HVAC business.
The successful individual will understand that building a solid team, capitalizing on the residential and commercial growth and focusing on customer loyalty are top priorities.
Specific areas of responsibility will include leadership of service technicians, bobtail drivers and office personnel.
Establishment of best practices, protocol, and techniques for heating service and tank/piping installations, establishment and maintenance of competitive service and parts pricing, inventory management, and ownership of customer satisfaction.
• Drives effective communications with the technicians and office staff, including conducting regular meetings for operations and safety, as well as distribution of relevant products, workmanship, and quality control information.
o Enforces safety procedures concerning service, fleet use, and Personal Protective Equipment in accordance with all corporate and regulatory requirements (e.g. HazMat, DOT, FMCSA, OSHA).
