Your Role: As a Customer Relations and Dispatcher Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our projects run smoothly and our clients are delighted every step of the way. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Relations: Serve as the friendly face and voice of Unique Builders and Development Houston, providing exceptional service to our valued clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Dispatching: Efficiently coordinate our team of skilled technicians and subcontractors, scheduling appointments and dispatching resources to job sites with precision and care.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) platform to track client interactions, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
  • Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed and updated throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear and timely communication between clients, team members, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any client concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy, working collaboratively with our team to find creative solutions and exceed expectations.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of scheduling activities, service requests, and customer interactions. Data can be entered into scheduling software or databases to track progress and performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and other relevant software tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients
