A position on our sales team includes ongoing training and support, use of a comprehensive ERP software, monthly commission payouts, and opportunities to attend exclusive 2A events with Vendor access.
The Hard Work
Cold-calling: Introducing who Krate is and what we do to other businesses, who likely have not heard of us.
Weathering Changes: as a rapidly-growing company, systems and processes are undergoing regular changes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Expectations: Pressure to perform to the minimum expectations (achievable in 5-10 hours per week).
Detailed Note-taking: Our rapid growth necessitates note-taking in our ERP software to ensure we manage customer relationships well.
Primary Responsibilities
Cold Call 15+ Business Owners (qualified leads and free samples provided), closing a minimum of 2 new accounts per week.
Work with sales manager to identify + tackle new opportunities
Consistently achieve Key Performance Indicators
