  1. Compensation: $30k - $60k Plus [Driven Candidates - $75K+]

We would love to talk to Hungry, Humble, and Smart candidates about sales opportunities at Krate Tactical, a Veteran Owned and Operated 2A company supplying businesses nationwide with OTF Knives, Tactical and Trauma Gear, and Steel Targets + Target Systems. A position on our sales team includes ongoing training and support, use of a comprehensive ERP software, monthly commission payouts, and opportunities to attend exclusive 2A events with Vendor access.

  4. The Hard Work

    1. Cold-calling: Introducing who Krate is and what we do to other businesses, who likely have not heard of us.

    2. Weathering Changes: as a rapidly-growing company, systems and processes are undergoing regular changes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

    3. Performance Expectations: Pressure to perform to the minimum expectations (achievable in 5-10 hours per week).

    4. Detailed Note-taking: Our rapid growth necessitates note-taking in our ERP software to ensure we manage customer relationships well.

  5. Primary Responsibilities

    1. Cold Call 15+ Business Owners (qualified leads and free samples provided), closing a minimum of 2 new accounts per week.

    2. Work with sales manager to identify + tackle new opportunities

    3. Consistently achieve Key Performance Indicators

  6. Qualifications and Must-Haves
