Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and brake system failures
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot problems accurately
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, painting, and panel replacement
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs in a clear and understandable manner
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
Experience:
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
-Motor and Engine repair
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Familiarity with GM vehicles is preferred
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Valide ASE cert is a plus but not mandatory for this position. Proof of experience is the Key.
