Westaff is looking to hire a Process Technician in the Leominster MA area for Immediate Start

 

Hours: Monday-Wednesday 7am-7pm, Thursday 7am-1pm

 

Pay: $18-20/hour

 

The responsibilities of the Process Technicians are:


The Process Tech is responsible for maintaining high quality standards and troubleshooting molding problems as needed.

  • Ensure injection molding machines are processing at optimum efficiency with a minimum of downtime.
  • Implement and maintain process improvements to achieve the highest level of quality and productivity.
  • Independently start up, troubleshoot machine, implement process controls and identify any mold issues.

 

The requirements of the Process Technician are:


  • Mold setting experience a plus
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to read and understand blue prints and schematics
  • Ability to complete statistical process control graphs and charts
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Able to identify colors and match to sample specification.
