Blow Mold Technician

A long-established manufacturer in Kenosha, WI is looking for Blow Mold Technicians to join their team All shifts available. *DIRECT HIRE*

Requirements of the Blow Mold Technician

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic process
  • Previous experience with Extrusion and injection blow molding processing

Responsibilities of the Blow Mold Technician

  • Operate, start, and stop all production blow molding and auxiliary equipment in a safe manner
  • Perform daily walk downs to ensure machines are running at required efficiency and production levels, make mechanical adjustments as required
  • Perform complete machine changeovers, including all downstream equipment
  • Ensure all bottles are setup and running within quality specifications
  • Train junior mechanics and maintenance apprentices on blow molding, auxiliary equipment, and mechanical processes
  • With direct supervision of Quality Control personnel, help perform quality checks with the known bottle specifications while completing the proper documentation to support findings

All shifts available, DIRECT HIRE

Pay is $28.00 - $35.00 an hour, depending on experience
