Bartenders / Waiters for Special Events

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartenders / Waiters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Bar Restaurant industry and possess excellent customer service skills. We are seeking energetic team members that enjoy and have fun bartending.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area

- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age

- Upsell additional products when appropriate

- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and bar supplies

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting - at least 1 year experience

- Familiarity with food service procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during banquet events

- Proficiency in handling food and beverages safely

- Understanding of basic math for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions

- Experience with brewing or mixing drinks is a plus

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively

- Must be bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
