JOB DESCRIPTION

M-F 8am to 4:45pm

This is a full Time Temporary position. The incumbent will be reporting to the Manager of Contracts in support of activities currently being performed by Contract Administrators. They will work closely with these personnel and have the following accountabilities:

1) Serve as clients point of contact with the customer on assigned programs.

2) Deal effectively with people both inside and outside of the company.

3) Review purchase orders with appropriate clients disciplines to insure that all contractual requirements are consistent with clients proposal.

4) Initiate and maintain sales orders within clients business systems.

5) Interface with Government personnel and data systems.

6) Maintain current and accurate contract files including quotations, negotiation history, purchase orders, and change orders.

1 to 3 years of experience in a contract role or equivalent
