Administrative Executive

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Executive who will deliver efficient administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to join our team You will be the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handling executives’ requests and queries appropriately
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
• Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with HR to manage employee records
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations.
• Conduct research and provide administrative support to various projects, as assigned.
• Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Admin Executive
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in English
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
