Restaurant General Manager - Salary up to $100k + bonuses

Location: Raleigh, NC

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a one-of-a-kind company that truly values its team members and leaders, creating an environment where everyone feels like family. Our restaurant is dedicated to delivering the highest quality, consistency, and variety of options to all our guests. This expansion location in the North Carolina market is anticipated to have a sales volume of $8M or higher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings, including an extensive bar program.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback and address any concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Restaurant Management experience.
  • At least 3 years in a General Manager role within a full-service restaurant with volumes of $4M or above.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent guest service.
  • Extensive knowledge of bar operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.
