We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join their team.
Job Summary: As a Maintenance Planner you will be responsible for developing and communicating maintenance plans, including routine and preventive interventions, related schedules as well as resources, skills, and materials needed to maintain installations/equipment and avoid/minimize disruptions in production.
Essential Responsibilities and Functions:
  • Work with Production Planners to obtain production schedules, identify equipment involved and plan for adequate resources, skills and materials
  • Review plans with Maintenance/Production teams to validate accuracy
  • Calculate overall maintenance costs, including labor, material and service provider costs.
  • Collect, organize and update all information required for the maintenance teams to perform interventions e.g. technical drawings, vendor manual, instructions materials, standard and special procedures, etc.
  • Identify deviations and document/communicate them in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School or equivalency preferred
  • Overall work experience of 4 to 6 years with mechanical/electrical background in food or chemical related manufacturing environment
  • Preventive maintenance scheduling experience preferred.
