RBT - Part-Time Employee

RBTs who join ABA Solutions benefit from autonomy in choosing cases that best fit his/her experience and will enjoy working with a team of behavior analysts who provide exceptional training and guidance. Part-time employee positions are available for RBTs in this area. Current needs are for after-school (2:30 PM - 7:00 PM)

This position provides a multitude of opportunities to serve diverse cases and clients while receiving opportunities for direct supervision from knowledgeable and committed BCBAs. We work primarily with children with Autism, ranging in ages and abilities and provide services primarily in the home setting.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician, or willing to obtain RBT certification within 6 months of hire
  
• Must have at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with Autism
• Preference for prior ABA training, but not required

RBT Duties 

• Provide direct therapy, in-home, to children with Autism, under the direction of a BCBA
  
• Implement behavior treatment plans and skill acquisition procedures including (but not limited to), VB-MAPP or ABLLS-R programming, AFLS programming, and leisure skill programs
  
• Graph data on paper and/or in Rethink
  
• Conduct caregiver training to parents and provide feedback to improve caregiver performance of skills.
  
• Maintain RBT certification according to the BACB requirements and adhere to BACB Ethical Guidelines.
