Job Overview:**

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals seeking rehabilitation services. You will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and facilitate their progress towards achieving their goals.

**Duties:**

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as art therapy to assist clients in their rehabilitation process.

- Utilize knowledge of psychopharmacology to support clients in medication management as part of their treatment plan.

- Address gender-related issues in counseling sessions to ensure inclusivity and sensitivity to diverse client needs.

- Perform assessments and evaluations to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.

- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
