The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with document management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Labeling Project Files:
○ Accurately label all project files according to company standards.
○ Ensure all files are correctly categorized and easy to locate.
2. Reorganizing Existing Archive Information:
○ Review and reorganize the current archive to improve accessibility and efficiency.
○ Ensure all archived information is correctly indexed and stored.
3. Scanning Documents:
○ Scan all physical documents and files, ensuring high-quality digital copies.
○ Assign scanned documents to the appropriate project folder IDs.
4. Organizing Folders in Google Drive:
○ Upload scanned documents to Google Drive and organize them according to project folder IDs.
○ Maintain a clear and logical folder structure within Google Drive.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
● Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles.
● Proficiency in using Google Drive and other Google Workspace tools.
● Familiarity with document scanning equipment and software.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working Conditions:
● This is a temporary, full-time position for a duration of two months.
