Leasing Agent for New Apartment Complex

This is a position for a full- or part-time leasing agent to work with us in the effort to lease 84 new one —and two-bedroom apartments.

We are seeking mature, personable, articulate, self-motivated, and responsible people.

While previous experience is not required, you must be the type of person who gets satisfaction from helping people and solving problems.

If you are interested in property management but do not know where to start, this could be the place for you. This job is all about customer service.

In this role, you will answer phones and respond to emails from protective tenants. You will also address their questions and schedule and conduct tours of the property.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Creating guest cards in the management system
• Performing post-tour interviews and entry
• Walking the property to ensure it is always clean and presentable
• Ensuring units are clean

As the property fills with tenants, you may have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as a community manager.

We will need to staff for Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm
