Job Summary: As a Store Supervisor at Portage Lakes Vapor Station, you will play a key role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers and team members. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and fun operation of our family-owned vape store, where our customers are more than just patrons—they are an integral part of our tight-knit vaping community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer-Centric Service: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. Engage with our diverse customer base, providing expert advice and personalized recommendations to meet their vaping needs.

  2. Supervisory Leadership: Foster a positive and fun work environment for our team members. Encourage teamwork, celebrate achievements, and motivate staff to reach their full potential.

  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest vaping trends and product offerings. Share your knowledge with customers and colleagues to ensure everyone stays informed and excited about new releases.

  4. Visual Merchandising: Work with the team to create captivating displays that showcase our wide range of vaping products. Ensure the store is visually appealing and inviting to customers.

  5. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and replenishment processes to ensure that our customers always have access to their favorite vaping essentials.

  6. Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all relevant regulations and safety standards. Lead by example in promoting responsible vaping practices.

  7. Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute exciting promotions, events, and loyalty programs to engage our customer community further.

  8. Problem-Solving: Address any customer concerns or operational challenges promptly and creatively. Your ability to find solutions will contribute to a positive atmosphere within the store.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with a positive and approachable demeanor.
  • An enthusiastic and genuine passion for the vaping industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 21 years old (as per state vaping regulations).
