Advertising Assistant

Busy business owner and mom of two looking for support on executing online advertising campaigns. Open to remote applications as well.

I would love to find a detail-oriented and experienced advertiser who loves organization, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, a high degree of confidentiality, and enjoys generally helping out with whatever is needed in the realm of advertising and marketing for my companies, and those of our clients.

You will be responsible for executing and monitoring advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Amazon, etc.), gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand. Does not have to possess knowledge of all tools, will train the right person. I'm mostly in search of a brilliant numbers and creative mind

Effort:

• One day per week (32 hours per month), with potential to expand

Responsibilities:​​​​​

• Assist in the creation and delivery of advertising materials.
• Help coordinate and manage campaign schedules and deadlines.
• Support the team in daily administrative tasks.
• Monitor and track campaign progress and results.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance.
• Maintain a database of advertising metrics.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an advertising or marketing role is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with content management systems.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a creative mind.

Salary range is competitive and commensurate with experience.
