Work model:

What you will do:

  • Supervise and lead production employees on multiple lines
  • Ensure product quality standards are met and exceeded
  • Identify and improve manufacturing processes
  • Train, develop, and educate employees

What you will need to be successful:

  • Diploma required, 4-year degree preferred
