Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Esthetics Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of esthetics, a commitment to excellence in teaching, and a desire to inspire and mentor the next generation of estheticians. As an Esthetics Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing engaging curriculum, and ensuring that our students are well-prepared for successful careers in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive instruction in all areas of esthetics, including skincare, facials, waxing, makeup application, and advanced esthetic techniques.
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state regulations and industry standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and learning.
Evaluate student performance through assessments, practical exams, and feedback.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and up-to-date.
Mentor and support students in their professional and personal development.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.
Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Participate in school events, workshops, and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications:
Current Indiana Esthetics License.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the esthetics industry.
Prior teaching or instructional experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of esthetic techniques, products, and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
