Job Title: Social Media/ Digital Marketing Associate

Full Time - Part Time

Volt is a locally owned manufacturer of men’s care products and outdoor essentials expanding its presence nationally. We are looking for an enthusiastic work mate with a passion for men’s grooming products, ability to multitask and desire to succeed in this exciting industry.

This position is not an ordinary, behind the desk nine-to-five job. Optimal candidates must be self-motivated team players not afraid of taking on new challenges and able to fulfill both physical and administrative duties. This includes (but is not limited to) order processing, manufacturing, inventory stocking and social media + event handling. REQUIREMENTS

Flexible schedule. Ability to get to and from work. No experience needed. We will train.

High school diploma or equivalence

18 years of age or older

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

Executing orders and shipments

Communicating with customers via email and phone

Inventory ordering

Invoicing/Billing

Contacting and following up with new customers/leads

WAREHOUSE DUTIES

Print, fill, package and ship orders

Manufacturing of various men’s care products

Operating manufacturing and filling equipment (no experience required)

Inventory stocking

Lift boxes up to 40lbs

SOCIAL MEDIA DUTIES (Hybrid work occasionally available)

Image and video taking and editing (limited)

Posting on Volt’s social media channels (YouTube, IG, FB)

OTHER DUTIES

Attend trade shows and events

Research, contact and follow up with new customers/leads

SKILLS

Good organizational skills

Passion for social media handling

Display willingness to make decisions

Respond promptly to customer’s needs

Prioritize and plan work activities

Positive attitude in all situations

Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook – Quickbooks is a plus

Flexible in a quick paced, multitasking and changing environment

OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong written and verbal communication

Be able to handle both administrative and physical tasks

Be able to work independently and with minimum supervision

Willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks, learn, improve, and adapt quickly

COMPENSATION:

$20-25/hour + bonuses (pending experience)
